SHAILA DÚRCAL ESTRENA SU NUEVO VIDEO
“TANTO AMOR”
Miami, FL. 10 de Julio 2012- Shaila Dúrcal estrena hoy su nuevo videoclip que acompañará la canción “Tanto Amor”. El video se grabó en la ciudad de México en el Parque y Corredor Turístico Los Dínamos y fue dirigido por Chivo Escalante para la productora Detonador Films. El público podrá disfrutar de este estreno exclusivo a través del programa Primer Impacto de la cadena Univision.
La canción es el tercer sencillo que se desprende de su disco ASI, el quinto disco en su carrera y el primero en ser coproducido por la misma Shaila. “Tanto Amor”, fue escrito por Armando Ávila y de esta canción se hicieron dos versiones, una ranchera y otra pop, las cuales las dos están disponibles en iTunes a partir de hoy.
Este nuevo material fue lanzado a finales del año pasado, en un periodo de gran satisfacción para Shaila quien en agosto del 2011 fue homenajeada en la séptima entrega de los Premios Texas en la ciudad de Austin, donde recibió el premio como Mejor Artista Femenina. Posteriormente, Shaila recibió una nominación en la categoría de Artista Femenina del Año en la primera entrega de los Premios Billboard De La Música Mexicana y obtuvo dos nominaciones a los Premios De La Radio 2011 en las categorías de: Artista Femenina del Año y Canción Mariachi del Año por “Convénceme”. Por último, estuvo nominada como Artista Femenino del Año en Premios Lo Nuestro 2012.

July 10, 2012- Shaila Dúrcal premieres her new music video “Tanto Amor” today which was filmed in Mexico City’s Parque y Corredor Turistico Los Dinamos under the direction of Chivo Escalante of Detonador Films. Don’t miss the televised premiere today on Primer Impacto part of the Univision network.
The song is the third single of her most recent album ASI, the fifth album of her career and the first one she co-produced. “Tanto Amor” was written by Armando Avila and was recorded in two different versions, a pop ballad and a ranchera adaptation, both available on iTunes today.
ASI was released at the end of last year during a period of great satisfaction for Shaila who in August 2011 was honored at the 7th Annual Premios Texas where she received the award for Best Female Artist, followed by a nomination in the category of Female Artist of the Year for the first annual Billboard Mexican Music Awards. She also received two nominations for Premios de la Radio 2011 in the categories of: Female Artist of the Year and Mariachi Song of the Year (“Convenceme”) and this year she received a nomination to Premio Lo Nuestro for Female Artist of the Year.
