EL SONIDO DE LA NUEVA GENERACIÓN

Miami, FL., 9 de Agosto, 2012- Capitol Latín firmó como artista exclusivo al dúo Urbano/Pop Domino Saints originarios de San Juan, Puerto Rico lleva enciendo el mundo musical desde el 2007. Su estilo único es una mezcla de Dancehall Reggae, Hip Hop y Electrónica con mucho sabor Caribeño.

Desde el lanzamiento de su primer disco a finales del 2009, fueron escogidos Canción de la Semana por iTunes Latino y ganadores del Billboard World Song Contest con su tema “Buenos Días San Juan”. La canción fue un hit en la radio puertorriqueña y en estaciones latinas en Estados Unidos. Poco después, Domino Saints dominaron LAMC en Nueva York con increíbles presentaciones. En el verano 2011, ganaron el premio de “Best Latin Song” en los Independent Music Awards con su tema promocional “Ahora Es Ahora”.  Fueron elegidos por MTV TR3S Headliner Artist of the Month con su canción “No Me Digas Que No” que también fue seleccionada para la campaña de “Voto Latino iTunes Sampler”.

El grupo acaba de regresar de una exitosa gira en Colombia, Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos donde le abrieron a artistas como Don Omar, J BALVIN, PLAN B  y exclusivamente abrieron los conciertos de Shakira en el Coliseo de Puerto Rico para cerrar su gira de “Sale el Sol”. El 2012 trae un nuevo disco con la promesa de traer un sonido más poderoso, más movido y más fuerte que estirara los límites de su fusión musical.

Miami, FL.,  August  09, 2012 - Capitol Latin inked an international deal with Domino Saints, an explosive Urban Pop Duo from San Juan, Puerto Rico that has been tearing down the house since 2007 on stages across the world, from Boston to Colombia.

The group’s killer fusion of Urban/Pop sounds, Caribbean soul mixed with an unmistakable Rock star vibe has put them in a league of their own and a “Must see” act in the Latin Industry. The Domino Saints sound is pure energetic combination of Dancehall Reggae, Electronica with a trademark Jamaican Glam style appealing to all audiences around the globe.

Since the independent release of their self-titled debut album in late 2009, the duo was featured as the Latin “iTunes Single of the Week” and was chosen as winners in the “16th Billboard World Song Contest” with their smash hit “Buenos Dias San Juan” playing in stations in the US and Puerto Rico. Shortly after, they stood out at New York’s LAMC with several amazing performances. In mid 2011, the group won the Independent Music Awards “Best Latin Song” Category for their smash hit “Ahora es Ahora” and was selected MTV TR3S Headliner for October 2011 with the hit single “No Me Digas Que No”, which was also chosen for this year’s “Voto Latino iTunes Sampler” campaign.

Domino Saints recently finished touring Colombia, Puerto Rico and the Eastern US, opening for Don Omar, J BALVIN, PLAN B and being the exclusive opening act for SHAKIRA’s “Sale El Sol” tour in San Juan. This year, the group promises to bring a killer album that will rock harder, party longer, and stretch the limits of their melting pot of musical ideas.
